The well-being of the cat is my absolute priority, which is why I offer only a premium package. I understand how stressful separation from the caregiver can be for a cat, as well as disrupted routines, anxiety, and frustration, so my care encompasses all aspects of its well-being, both emotional and physical.
How do I operate?
As part of the service, I visit the cat twice a day for an hour and a half each visit, leaving a camera to monitor cat's well-being and I can react immediately if needed.
After each visit, the caregiver receives a detailed report, photos, and recordings, and at the end of the care, I share my observations and additional advice.
What does the service include?
Constant monitoring of the animal's welfare and safety during my absence.
Basic care: cleaning the litter box, feeding, grooming.
Behavioral aspects: play that stimulates hunting instincts, interactive feeding, clicker training, social contact.
Regular reports, photos, and recordings sent to the caregiver after each visit.
Flexibility: I adapt strategies and care to the individual needs of the cat, observed during the first visits.
Introductory visit: a free visit to the caregiver's home before departure, so both the caregiver and the cat can get to know me, and I can adjust the care to their needs.
Additional support: after the care ends, I share observations and behavioral advice.
Care pricing:
In situations where there is no free parking available at the care location, a parking fee according to the applicable rate will be added to the visit cost.
Note: For subsequent orders from regular clients, a 20% discount applies.
Additional note: Any individual needs regarding the cat's welfare related to health, home situation, or desire to extend care time are arranged individually by phone or email.
Additional information and services:
Reservation for 1-2 days of care is free, as is cancellation (except during holiday periods).
Reservation for more than 2 days of care - a 30% deposit, in case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable (during holidays, 100% prepayment applies).
No extra charges for a larger number of animals in the house.
You can contact me by phone, email, or through a message on Facebook or Instagram.
In the first message, please provide the planned date of care, the location (town or district of Wrocław,) and a contact number.
Before the introductory meeting, please fill out the care form, and I will also send the regulations and a sample agreement so you can review them at your leisure.
INTRODUCTORY VISIT
If the date is available, we will arrange an introductory meeting at the caregiver's home. This is a very important moment for me; I can then get to know the cat, its habits and needs, as well as establish the details of care and the organization of visits.
We also discuss how we will communicate during the care period. I will record all arrangements in the agreement.
If the caregiver decides to cooperate with me, we sign the agreement and the keys are handed over to me. The introductory meeting before the first care is mandatory.
BEFORE LEAVING
The safety of the animals left alone at home is very important to me.
Before leaving, it's worth ensuring that windows and the balcony are closed, and that plants potentially toxic to the cat are properly secured or out of reach. It's also good to close the doors of household appliances (like the oven, dishwasher, or washing machine) to prevent the cat from accidentally getting inside and getting stuck.
Please also secure the stove against accidental activation and leave the carrier, health booklet, and first aid kit in a visible place, in case an unplanned visit to the veterinarian is necessary.
It's also worth checking if the supply of food or litter will last for the entire care period. However, if there isn't time to replenish supplies, I can help and deliver the necessary pet products according to the current price list.
CARE AND CONTACT
I usually schedule visits for certain times of the day (morning, afternoon, or evening), rather than specific hours. I try to maintain regularity in the timing of visits to provide the cat with a sense of security and predictability.
I strive to make each visit calm and comfortable for the cat. If anything in its behavior or well-being concerns me, I will immediately inform the caretaker.
Examples of my work
First, I invite you to a short phone conversation where we can get to know each other, discuss the details, and check availability. Once we set a date for the care, I will ask you to fill out the caregiver form. This is the next step that allows me to prepare well for the introductory visit and ensure that your cat feels calm, safe, and cared for."
